MY LATEST RESEARCH
Covalent modifiers of proteins inhibit the activity of enzymes and receptors by chemical reactions between the inhibitor and a reactive side-chain of the protein.
Our group develops QM/MM methods that allow efficient but highly-accurate simulations of molecules and ions in solution.
